Mascot

Today I was learning to incorporate a countries flag, national flower and animal to create a mascot. We made this in pairs and communicated using the commenting tool. Using the curve tool we traced  over an image to make the separate designs.
I enjoyed tracing the images and I like designing how we were going to lay it out.
I found it challenging to to layer it. You can't use the order tool with lines so layering it was a struggle.

Animation

Me and Moana made a 30 slide animation on google slides. It's the sun and moon orbiting around the earth. Next time I would add more slide and make the movement less to add more detail.

Tairawhiti Seawalls

I had to research Tairawhiti murals / seawalls and choose one to put on my blog and write what you like about. Tairawhiti seawalls are made by artists worldwide that have come together to create murals around Gisborne. The mural I choose is by Nick Tupara from Gisborne.
I like this mural because of the detail put into the tui and the fact that it is looking at the sea from above, seeing the  world from a different view  That lots of animal live around the sea and if it's not healthy lots of things will suffer. I also like this mural because the background is faded so the tui is the main feature.
